Just like his appearance in .hack//G.U., Zelkova appears as a young boy in white clothing, he has silver hair and golden eyes. He also has horns atop his head, which some players say are a cheat, while others claim it's a rare item. In .hack//Link, he no longer seems to possess the large fan that appeared on his character's body, instead, he has two long, white ribbons.
