Sieg 2.0's To Play cost really relies on luck as to whether it's good or bad, so it may as well be a non-factor. Since it poses no hindrance to play, has a base attack of 2, and has an effect that basically prevents most destiny cards from going to waste, Sieg 2.0 is pretty much the perfect starting PC. It's best to play Sieg 2.0 as early in the game as possible, as it has the potential to build defenses (by playing PCs and items) or a proper offense (by storing monsters) quite rapidly.
