A lot of sacrifice is necessary to summon Rainbow Tail, and it almost isn't worth the trouble. To actually set up the requirements, you would need to hide PC cards that could have been used for defense instead. However, this is hardly a problem if you already have three PCs in play or if you use another monster's effect to play discarded PCs as hidden cards. Once the requirements are fulfilled, you can now summon a powerful monster with 9 strength. Its Reward allows you to play 2 cards from your discard pile, which can be especially devastating if you use decks that employ Level Up! cards.
