Cocole is a young lady with light pink hair divided in several braids, fair skin and green eyes. She wears a kimono-shaped top, and red flared pants. Her staff has several rings, like a shakujo buddhist staff.
Personality[]
Cocole is a very friendly person, rapidly befriending the player character of Guilty Dragon. She´s very energetic but also very pushy and unlucky, often complaining out loud. For some reason, she talks like an old lady. NAVICO often teases her for her atitude, which tends to result in a lot of bickering between them.
History[]
Cocole befriended the Player Character the first day they played after battling them. She joins alongside Jeremiah in the search for the Eight Dragon Reliefs, helping cure her hand of the Black Name´s corruption.
Cocole and the party get to the city and find through Kouichi that an NPC might have the info they neeed. After asking for Fortune Telling Water, the NPC reveals the location of the Relief is in an unmarked island only reachable by boat. Cocole and company find Balzac, from the tech guild and with his help get a magic stone to fix the boat that will get them to the island, but Black Names attack the town and the Crimson Hunter attacks the party. After fending off the invasion, the boat was burned, so the party leaves for the town again and finds out that the NPC still had information regarding the island and that it could also be reached by a teleport point that uses the magic stone. Cocole gave the stone to Lyrica, so after retreiving it, they use it to activate the teleport point.
After reaching the whereabouts of the Relief, Cocole and the party teleport to an unmarked island, where they are once again attacked by the Crimson Hunter. Cocole gets turned into a Black Name PC and after being defeated, gets deleated, losing all of her progress.
In the aftermath of the Relief quest, the protagonist restores Cocole, allowing the player to use her in the new world of Re: Vice Age. Here she meets Shannon, and asks her if she enjoys this world, to which she answers "yes, I love it". As Shannon reunites with her friends, Cocole goes to hers and decides to keep enjoying the world her best friend sacrificed himself to create.
Etymology[]
Her name might be based on the italian word "coccole", meaning "to embrace" or "care" for someone.
Cocole named her character after her current cat, before that, she used to have another cat named Masanari.
