Justice 2.0 doesn't really have any true strength aside from being able to see the opponent's hand, but this is a moot point since it also allows the opponent to use up all of his or her storable monsters, and the rest of the hand is discarded. Since it affects the user as well, doesn't have high destiny, and its play requirement gives a potentially high advantage to the opponent, it's best brought into play only if there are many non-monster cards cluttering up the hand and the user needs a fresh hand, if at all.
