Hatchet is an amazing Lv. 1 weapon since it provides a strength boost of 2 and a tolerance of 1, with no play requirements and no effects. It's simply quick, easy, sheer power for your Heavy Axeman. Unfortunately, it suffers from the unfortunate downside of having the lowest possible destiny - 0. Considering Heavy Axemen and items that support them tend to have low destiny values, this shouldn't be of much concern in a Heavy Axeman deck, but definitely think twice before adding this to a deck that simply has a Heavy Axeman in it (like a Knight deck that has Subaru).
