Grand Electric is fairly powerful and provides a boost to all attacking monsters. This means that Grand Electric's effect is greater the more monsters are attacking. While this benefits all monsters, its To Play cost is difficult to play in anything other than a lightning-based deck, though it is possible to have enough to make Grand Electric a viable late-game trump card. There are stronger, easier-to-play monsters out there, making its effect is its main draw; therefore, Grand Electric should be replaced with side deck cards when up against a deck that attacks the portal.
