Goblin Cap provides a single Tolerance, which would be completely useless if not for the lack of Helm cards. Even adding the extra spottable fire element it provides and its good Destiny number, Goblin Cap is for the most part not worth including in a deck unless it's a goblin deck or the goal is to equip the entire Goblin set to play Summon Goblin. Luckily though, since it is a Goblin Item, it will help add to the +1 strength boost if your PC has at least 2 Goblin Items equipped and +2 if they have all 4, so at least that's another use for it.
