Like most Twin Blade cards, A-20's effect modifies the drawn Destiny number. To best maximize her effect, she should be included in a deck that is heavy on skill cards, though this may have to come at the cost of a reduced number of item or event cards. The only downside to using A-20 is that her potential is wasted in a deck lacking skill cards.
